Michigan Works! Kent & Allegan Counties strives to advocate and facilitate cost effective solutions aimed at eliminating barriers to employment. Most people, including many employers, fail to recognize these barriers. Several programs are available through Michigan Works! Kent & Allegan Counties and its network of service providers and partners to address some of the most common employment barriers.
