Talent/Job Bank Registration
allows employers to retrieve the resumes of job seekers and post job openings on the Michigan Talent Bank, free of charge.

Career Resource Round Table
events hosted by Michigan Works! Kent & Allegan Counties provide an opportunity for employers and job seekers to come together and network.

Onsite Job Fairs and Interviewing at Service Centers
allow employers to screen a large number of potential employees and find qualified candidates.

Federal Tax Credits and Hiring Incentives Programs
can help employers reduce recruitment and training costs, while building a stronger workforce.

Access to Labor Market Information
can help employers stay up-to-date on the latest trends in employment at the local and state levels.

Free Job Postings
both online and in the resource areas of the five Service Centers in Kent and Allegan Counties.

Free Access to Office Equipment
such as phones, computers, fax, and Internet as well as the use of office space for hiring activities, if necessary.

Dislocated Worker Sessions
offer an orientation to Service Center resources for groups of workers affected by layoffs, plant closings, or downsizing.

ADA Compliance
and/or accommodations for workers with disabilities.

Job Training Assistance
for new or present employees.
